Ten Days Returns Policy:
We have 7 days returns policy to which you are entitled to request a refund request/store credit after your order has been successfully handed to you.
In scenarios such as mentioned below, we will request additional requirements to be presented along with the product:
a) Any consumable item which has been unboxed, used or installed already.
b) Delivered Products with tampered or missing serial numbers from your side.
c) Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
d) Other specific items
Easy and Free Returns with 100% refund:
You are entitled to free and hassle-free returns with 100% refund in case of any item that has been received are wrong damaged, defective or not as described on the website, we will arrange a full refund/store credit or replacement along with any shipping fees applied. *Returns/Replacements/ are only applicable to the aforementioned situations and will only be guaranteed when all conditions satisfy from your side as examined by us.
Assurance of Authenticity:
We ensure 100% authentic products. However, in a rare case, if your purchase is found to be counterfeit due to our technical inability, then a full refund including shipping cost will be borne by us.
Items Cannot Be Returned:
Unfortunately, there are few items that do not come under return policy and hence, cannot be returned:
a) Flash sale items with No-Return Policy
b) Products which are labelled/ sealed clearly stating no return policy. Please be sure to check before ordering. Once the purchase is made, you consent to agree with the no return policy non-applicability on such products.
Orders placed using a Credit/Debit card, and in case if a refund of such order, refund payment will be credited to the same card once approved. Please note that it may take up to 7-14 business days. However, we do try to make it as quick as possible. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will get a refund in form of money transfer into the account you insist us to do.
You can cancel your product before it is dispatched. We request you to contact us for the confirmation of the same. We will process the refund including shipping charges that were applied.
Please note that cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. So, if you change your mind or wish to order something else instead, do so before 3-5 business days from ordering as usually order is shipped within 3-5 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation is accepted by us. However, you can always choose to return and request a refund with our easy to understand and free return policy and send the item back for a store credit.
We like to give our customers’ the flexibility of Free Delivery services in major parts of India at the time of Promotions.
Other than that, we charge delivery charge depends on the product/delivery location. This may change from time-to-time without any notification.
Note: The Shipping charges are non-refundable in most of the cases other than *free and easy return case; as they shipping charge paid directly to the courier company.
